Briefing of the Course
If you're an experienced diver looking to take your skills to the next level and explore the depths of the underwater world, then the Technical TriMix Diver course is the perfect option for you!
The Technical TriMix Diver course is an advanced course that teaches you how to safely use enriched air (also known as nitrox) & TriMix mixtures in technical diving environments. Nitrox is a blend of oxygen and nitrogen that can help extend your bottom time and reduce the risk of decompression sickness. By learning how to safely use nitrox in technical diving scenarios, you'll be able to explore deeper and more challenging dive sites.
Trimix is a mixture of three gases: oxygen, helium, and nitrogen. It is used in diving and hyperbaric environments to help prevent decompression sickness, also known as "the bends." The specific mixture of gases in Trimix can vary, but typically it contains around 21% oxygen, 35-40% helium, and the rest nitrogen. The helium helps to reduce the amount of nitrogen in the breathing gas, which can be beneficial at greater depths where nitrogen can become toxic.
In the Technical TriMix Diver course, you'll learn about the benefits and risks of using nitrox & trimix in technical diving, how to analyze and label nitrox tanks, and how to plan and execute nitrox & trimix dives in complex diving environments. You'll also learn advanced dive planning techniques, gas management strategies, and emergency procedures.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through the course and ensure that you feel comfortable and confident using nitrox & trimix in technical diving scenarios. We provide all necessary equipment and resources, and our courses are designed to be flexible and accommodating to your schedule.
By completing the Technical TriMix Diver course, you'll have the skills and knowledge to explore the depths of the underwater world and tackle more challenging diving environments. You'll be able to dive longer and safer, and explore new and exciting dive sites. Additionally, you'll receive a certification card that recognizes your skills and accomplishments as a Technical TriMix Diver.
Apart from covering the specific information and skills necessary to perform stage-stop required, "technical" decompression diving while minimizing the associated risk factors using TriMix,
Overall, the Technical TriMix Diver course offers advanced technical diving skills, increased safety, extended bottom times, versatility, and a recognized certification. By completing the course, you'll be able to explore the depths of the underwater world and tackle more challenging diving environments. So, sign up for the course today and take your technical diving skills to the next level!
Course requires 14 -16 hours of studying and 4 open water orientation training dives.
